Items for shipment to countries outside of Ghana. maybe subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees
Delivery within Ghana 48 hours; 120 Hours for International Shipment.
You can cancel your order before shipment within 6 hours.
You can request for refund under the following circumstances:
you received the wrong item
you received a damaged item
you did not receive your item within the stipulated time (if there are delays due to factors attributable to you such as providing the wrong address, we will not be held liable for the delays)

Clothes purchased from Sandratailor.com can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Sandratailor.com may check cloths that are returned because they didn’t fit when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned cloth that is damaged through customer misuse, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

When ordering from www. Sandratailor.com, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Ghana may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Sandra Tailor has no control over these charges, nor can Sandra Tailor predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note:
Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries/regions that require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
